Shocks

Shock Absorbers We stock various shocks for trials, moto - cross, road racing and road machines. Trial shocks are normally damped for the average weight rider of 10.5 - 11.5 stone with 40lb springs, 11.5 - 13.5 stone with 50lb springs and a stiffer spring of say 60lb for riders over 13.5 stone. Moto-cross springs are heavier because of the nature of this sport. Piston dampers on all our shocks are 0.5", so the chances of bending a damper rod is remote. Shocks come in different designs, normally open springs for trials and moto-cross covered with chrome tops and painted bottoms for road.
Shocks can be individually sprung to suit you so please state weight and preference when ordering.
